These terms apply when you use SA Shops (sashops.co.za), operated by [COMPANY NAME] (Registration no. [CIPC NUMBER]), [PHYSICAL ADDRESS].
The marketplace
SA Shops is a marketplace. Each product is sold by the shop shown on its page ("the seller"). When you check out, you enter into a sale with each seller in your bag. SA Shops runs the platform, collects payment on the sellers' behalf and helps resolve disputes.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where the seller is VAT-registered.
- Delivery fees are shown per shop before you pay.
- Payment is by EFT using the payment reference shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when the payment reflects.
- Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after the time shown at checkout.
Vouchers
Shop vouchers are issued by the shop, apply only to that shop's items, are used automatically at checkout when your order qualifies, and can't be exchanged for cash.

Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest and about the product. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake or contain personal information.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
