Opening a shop
Opening a shop and listing products is free.
Commission
SA Shops charges a commission of [X]% on each paid order (product price plus delivery, after vouchers). Your Seller centre dashboard shows your sales and estimated earnings after commission.
Payouts
- Payouts are made [weekly / every 2 weeks] for orders marked delivered.
- Payouts go to the bank account in Seller centre → Shop settings → Payout details.
- If an order is refunded, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
Delivery
You set your own courier. Shoppers pay the delivery fee shown at checkout, which is passed on to you with the order total.
